This page explains which cookies and similar technologies eurojackpotdb.com uses, what they are for, how long they last and how you can choose. To learn how we process personal data see the Privacy Policy.
1. What cookies are
Cookies are small text files that a website saves in your browser. They are used, for example, to remember your choices or to collect statistics on how the site is used. On this page "cookies" also means similar technologies (such as local storage).
Technical cookies, which are necessary for the site to work, do not require your consent. All the others are installed only if you accept them. Advertising cookies come from Google AdSense, are installed only if you accept them, and are described below.
2. Which cookies we use
Technical cookies (necessary, no consent required)
| Name | Provider | Duration | Purpose |
|---|---|---|---|
ejdb_consent |
First party (this site) | 6 months | Remembers your cookie choice: it contains a random identifier, the choice, the version of the notice and the date. |
SSESS… / SESS… |
First party (this site) | Session | Keeps the login session. It is only set for authorized staff who log in to the restricted area, never for visitors. |
_cfuvid |
Cloudflare, Inc. | Session | Abuse protection and request rate limiting. It may be set by the security service that protects the site. |
cf_clearance |
Cloudflare, Inc. | Usually 30 minutes | Remembers that you passed a security check. It is only set if the site shows an anti-bot verification. |
Analytics cookies (only with your consent)
| Name | Provider | Duration | Purpose |
|---|---|---|---|
_ga |
Google Ireland Limited | 2 years | Tells visitors apart anonymously to produce aggregate statistics. |
_ga_5XLGMDKZSN |
Google Ireland Limited | 2 years | Keeps the Google Analytics 4 session state. |
Google Analytics 4 is a service provided by Google Ireland Limited. The IP address is anonymized, advertising and ad personalization features are turned off and all advertising consent is denied. Data is kept for no more than 14 months. More information: how Google uses data and Google's privacy policy.
Advertising cookies (only with your consent)
| Name | Provider | Duration | Purpose |
|---|---|---|---|
__gads |
Google Ireland Limited | 13 months | Used by Google AdSense to limit how many times the same ad is shown and to measure ad performance. |
__gpi |
Google Ireland Limited | 13 months | Used by Google AdSense to measure ad performance and to help show relevant ads. |
Ads are served by Google AdSense (Google Ireland Limited). Google may also set cookies on its own domains (such as google.com or doubleclick.net) and use identifiers to personalize ads; these can only be removed from your browser settings. You can also manage ad personalization in Google's Ads Settings. More information: types of cookies used by Google.
3. How to manage your preferences
The first time you visit the site, and then every 6 months or when the notice changes substantially, a banner appears where you can accept all, reject all or customize your choice. Closing the banner with the "×" is the same as rejecting non-essential cookies. The site works the same way in every case.
You can review or withdraw your choice at any time with the "Cookie preferences" link at the bottom of every page or with the button above. If you withdraw consent we delete any analytics cookies already installed.
Each of your choices is recorded anonymously (without your IP address) as proof of consent and kept for 24 months.
For advertising, withdrawing consent reloads the page without the AdSense script and deletes Google's cookies set on this site; cookies set on Google's own domains can only be removed from your browser settings.
From your browser
You can also block or delete cookies from your browser settings. Blocking technical cookies may break some features.
Alternatively you can install the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on.
